Blocked — compliance conflict
Compliant / physician-authorized
Two simulations: leave Travel to Lost Atoll off for direct hospital routing, or switch it on to relocate the citizen to the Pacific relay node and trigger the compliance block. Per-hospital Authorize only appears once a Citizen Country is declared.
Sea legs approximate historical submarine-cable corridors — illustrative only. The network currently lists one flagship hospital for ~75 countries; other selections fall back to the nearest network hospital.
⛔ Compliance Block
Lost Atoll Relay Node
Nukunonu, Tokelau — Pacific Ocean submarine-cable relay point. Emergency payloads from a citizen on-site are staged here before onward transit to hospital endpoints.
⚠ Data Blocked by Local Law.
The relay jurisdiction has no formalized comprehensive health-data protection framework. The Universal Health Data Gateway refuses to forward an unclassified payload across an ambiguous compliance boundary until a recognized emergency-care exemption is applied.
